Ross Frank,

Professional Experience
Mr. Frank’s surveying career began by working as a field technician in 1995.  At the time, he was primarily involved in residential and commercial real estate land surveyors.  He has since branched out into all areas of surveying including construction engineering and layout. As a principal member of Bertsch-Frank & Associates, Ross’s responsibilities include:

Professional Experience
Nick began working as a survey technician for a surveying and engineering company in 1998. He performed boundary, construction, and topographical surveying and assisted with CAD drafting. Nick has been a field crew chief since joining BFA in early 2006. Since that time, Nick has successfully completed the SIT exam, and is currently working towards Professional Registration in the state of Indiana. His primary responsibilities include:

Adam began working as a field technician for BFA in 2005. Since that time, Adam has earned his Bachelor’s degree in CET. Adam can be found working as a field surveyor when necessary, but more frequently he is in the office working as a project engineer. Adam’s responsibilities include:

Larry Owen

Professional Experience
Larry has been involved in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering field for over 30 years. Larry began his career with a private practice offering Civil Engineering and Land Surveying. He was involved in boundary and topographical surveys as well as site planning and construction supervision. In 1980, Larry became the Adams County, Indiana, Highway Engineer. He assisted the county commissioners and highway supervisor as well as served as the deputy to the Adams County Surveyor specializing in the area of drainage. Larry currently works as the Highway Engineer for Wells County, Indiana, where his responsibilities include minor bridge, culvert, road design and construction. He also serves as a consultant to other county offices, including the Wells County Surveyor in drainage and corner perpetuation. Larry performs Project Engineer and Consultant duties for Bertsch-Frank & Associates, LLC.
