After completing his BSCE and passing the Fundamentals of Engineering exam, Wayne proceeded to Purdue West Lafayette to pursue his Master of Science in Civil Engineering in the field of Transportation. After obtaining his MSCE, Wayne was invited back to Bertsch-Frank as a Project Engineer. His primary responsibilities include:
